Not getting reports in Sophos XG-106

Tried recommended settings. When Go to Configure > System Services > Log Settings and select the checkbox Log Type (System) and select Apply, it shows "Configuration has been updated successfully", but nothing changes. Local and firewall both show unchecked. 

Also tried console> show on-box-reports 

result - Local Reporting : off

The article has a command to enable on box reporting.

set on-box-reports on and then show on-box-reports, It should be on

Please try to select all checkboxes and apply the changes.

In the firewall rules, Log Firewall traffic and at least "Allow All" web and app filter policy should be applied.

Check the services and watermark details as shown in the article.
