Windows 10 mail app being blocked when using a Hotmail account.

Hi, im new to XG im trying to get the windows 10 mail app for a hotmail/outlook accounts working but its beeing blockd. If i add a gmail account that gmail account works just not hotmail/outlook. all i see in Log viewer is this:

Hi Ray,

those errors are for dead connections, they are not the reason your mail doesn't work. GMAIL uses https where as mail uses pop/imap.

Please post a screenshot of your mail firewall rule.

btw any way to set the logs to see what is being blocked?

Seems like your Mail Proxy does not pick up any traffic at all.

Do you see in the log viewer any sort of mail traffic?

Btw. Does not work "where"?

You cannot open the webpage or your Outlook client for example cannot fetch mails?

im talking about the build in windows 10 mail and calendar app/client . im runing XG in a home environment. No i dont see any mail traffic in my log viewer.

Make a SSL exclusion for this URL: https://outlook.office365.com/

In Regex: ^outlook\.office365\.com/

Outlook.com uses an SSL connection over port 443.
