WAN Link going down some days

Hi,

 

My Sophos Xg home firewall wan link going down some days.

I don't know why is that happening.

Also, I got this error from cli.

    Hi

    Could you check the Event logs from Reports > Compliance > Show Events >System Events you should see the gateway status change from here? 

    The provided screenshot shows that XG will ping the IP configured in failover condition for WAN interface and if it's failed to ping or does not receive any response as per the time configured it will mark the gateway as down.

    Please try to ping the IP from WAN interface from Tools section to verify
