CAN I UPGRADE SOPHOS FIRMWARE WITHOUT REGISTERATION?

I want to upgrade to 17.5.9_MR-9 but i dont want to register first since im still configuring the firewall.

Guide 1 - What i search online is you have to register your firewall under Sophos account so you can check firmware update in "View Device"

Guide 2- Under "My Account" > Network Protection there is options to download Firmware but im aware the file name is "SW-17.5.9_MR-9.SFW-577.gpg" instead of "HW-17.5.9_MR-9.SF300-577". So the firmware upgrade proccess will failed.

So is there any way to download "HW-17.5.9_MR-9.SF300-577" without register the firewall to Sophos Account?

Hi,

what is the issue with registering the XG? What you haven't said is this business or home use licence? The licence starts from the day you purchase it.
