network traffic quota not renewing

I have a problem with network traffic quota. I configured network traffic quota cycle type to CYCLE and cycle period to one month.

But after month network traffic quota not renewing.

Pls help me to solve this.

    Hi  

    Please verify the "Cycle type" on applied surfing quota policy on user. (In your case you have applied "one month surfing").

    If you want Repeat access then type of surfing quota you must need to select "Cyclic".

    If it is set to non-cyclic Once the specified time ends, the user Internet may not work.

    Please share the snapshot of surfing quota policy if applied settings are same as described above.

    Thanks for sharing the snapshot.

    Here under surfing quota policy validity has been set for 1 month with maximum hours of 744 which means after 1 month this surfing quota will not get renewed and that is creating a problem.

    let me explain you that option and how it works: Let us assume you have set validity for 2 months and maximum surfing hours 1488 (744*2) then it will renew cycle for next coming month and again on 3rd month user will have problem as surfing quota will not get renewed.

    To fix your issue below action will be required from your end in your current settings:

    Please set validity and maximum hours to "Unlimited" as per below snapshot.
