Spotify and Deezer have no internet connection on my pc

Hallo,

seit neustem haben Spotify und Deezer kein Internet mehr in der Windows 10 App auf meinem PC.

Auf dem Handy funktioniert alles über WLAN einwandfrei.

Bisher hat es auf dem PC auch funktioniert. Ich habe nichts geändert, weder an der Firewall noch am PC.

 

Hat vielleicht ein Update hier Probleme verursacht?

Wie kann ich das Problem am einfachsten lösen?

    Hi  

    Could you please try to create a firewall rule for that machine's IP address only and do not apply any policy, scanning or restriction and place the rule on top and verify that it is working or not. Please apply policy and scanning one by one and check after which restriction it is not working, you may check denied logs in web filter from Log Viewer, please do not run any other application to get proper traffic on the firewall for Spotify or Deezer.

    Mit einer Firewallregel funktioniert nun wieder alles. Dennoch würde mich sehr interessieren, warum ich plötzlich Deezer in der Firewall freischalten muss, bisher funktioinierte das alles so.
