Dear All,

Please, I need you help. I can't access Sophos XG admin portal OR SSH and the firewall became unmanageable. how can I do ?

Are you able to ping the LAN or WAN IP of the firewall?

Are you able to access or login page is loading for XG firewall?

What error message are you getting when you try to access the XG firewall over the Web Admin page or through SSH?
