Mails Stuck in Mail Pool

hello 

i have strange issue with MTA 

everything was working great 

but suddenly emails got stuck in MTA even the notification emails such as (sophos test mails and daily backup)

i must select the mail and keep hit Retry button to get it through from the XG 

i have Exchange in my network and ofcourse this issue effected it in strong way 

last thing we changed is we installed the new exchange cert. to the firewall

and suggestion on how to track this issue down ?

    It looks like your XG is only able to retrieve IPv6 DNS addresses.

    Can you check your DNS servers configured on the XG?

    Can you change them to use Google's 8.8.8.8 or Cloudflare's 1.1.1.1?

    Please could you show a configuration of your DNS configuration?  You can DM it to me if required.
