Mails Stuck in Mail Pool

hello 

i have strange issue with MTA 

everything was working great 

but suddenly emails got stuck in MTA even the notification emails such as (sophos test mails and daily backup)

i must select the mail and keep hit Retry button to get it through from the XG 

i have Exchange in my network and ofcourse this issue effected it in strong way 

last thing we changed is we installed the new exchange cert. to the firewall

and suggestion on how to track this issue down ?

    Are you getting any error messages?

    Did you check by undoing the changes that have been made?

    no i dont get any error messages, the mails just stuck in Queue till i press Retry button then the mails go out and delivered 

    for undo what we have done 

    we just uploaded the exchange cert. to the firewall so we can use it on the exchange rules 

    ofcourse the mail from exchange behave the same like notifications emails 

    do you think it is related ?
