Mails Stuck in Mail Pool

Did you check by undoing the changes that have been made?

no i dont get any error messages, the mails just stuck in Queue till i press Retry button then the mails go out and delivered 

for undo what we have done 

we just uploaded the exchange cert. to the firewall so we can use it on the exchange rules 

ofcourse the mail from exchange behave the same like notifications emails 

do you think it is related ?

i have check log file and this is what i found 

does this log help to clarify the problem ?

You need to search for the mails in awarrenmta.log

You should find the subject in the logs with a "REF Number". This REF number you can find with all matching interaction of XG and this particular mail. 

i have searched in the log files 

and this what i found 

if iam not mistaken i guess the firewall connect through ipv6 instead of ipv4 

right ?

Do you have a IPv6 IP on your WAN interface? 

no i dont 

and i can send mail to some domains such as hotmail, yahoo but not gmail

and i tried to send to another domain and got the same error and it use ipv6 for connection 

it is even happen with ipv4

Would suggest to open a Case.

There is something wrong with your setup. Basically something breaks, if XG opens a connection to Google.

Maybe your Certificate? I dont know.
