DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

I am facing DNS problem with my OWA service. At first the service was working fine but now i am facing a error that says DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN (Server IP address could not be found). But internally on my LAN I am about to open the OWA without errors. I published the OWA through XG 210. Source Zone-WAN, Allowed Clients Networks-Any, Destination Host/Network- ISP IP Address, Services- HTTPS, protected servers-myexchange server, Protected zone- LAN.

Please also capture drop packet for port 53 and the IP of the OWA server- https://community.sophos.com/kb/en-us/127111

Are you able to access it with the IP address?

Please also capture drop packet for the IP of the OWA server- https://community.sophos.com/kb/en-us/127111

As pointed out internally i am able to access it and outside it can only be accessed by domain name not IP Address.

I have run the command line from console but i nothing is coming up as the screenshot shows.
