Specific Reports: RBL and SPAM

Hey guys,

I'm searching for two specific reports for external E-Mails that have been declined by RBL, or which have been blocked by SPAM-protection.

The time range would be 3 months, needed format: csv.

I tried getting the info via Log Viewer, but here I can only choose "all entries" as a time range longer than 4 hours (the generated report would not show all data).

Filter Options in Monitor&Analyze/Reports seems to be too general.

Hi Alexander Maurizio,

Have you checked the mail logs section in the GUI? You can also run custom mail report to collects detail about those emails.

I have tried that, too. But I can't find the option to filter for these specific criteria.
