STAS not displaying on the Active users page

Hi,

Please am not able to see users that are authenticating with STAS on the XG. I only see users that are authenticating using the Heartbeat. Also i tried testing the STAS connectivity with other agents but the connectivity failed and it could the test failed for connectivity with itself, but the connectivity was successful with the XG.

I was the users authenticating with STAS to be populated.
