no access after hardware exchange

After a hardware swap, I can't get into the firewall anymore.
I am using a test environment with the XG Home. I have plugged the hard disk from a working system into another computer. If I connect a monitor to the new computer, I see that the firewall starts normally. On the computer the LEDs on port 1 are off. When I log on to the console and go to the Network config menu a message appears Initializing Please wait. What can I do?

have you checked if the drivers are working fine?

I have now installed another hard disk on the same computer and installed a new image. Everything works fine. When I reinstall the old hard disk Port1 doesn't work anymore.
