no access after hardware exchange

After a hardware swap, I can't get into the firewall anymore.
I am using a test environment with the XG Home. I have plugged the hard disk from a working system into another computer. If I connect a monitor to the new computer, I see that the firewall starts normally. On the computer the LEDs on port 1 are off. When I log on to the console and go to the Network config menu a message appears Initializing Please wait. What can I do?

  • Hi Tarzan,

are you swapping the same hardware or differenz hardware?

Maybe the new hardware is not supported and the system is waiting for timeout.

When the LEDs on port 1 are off then the network is not up. Is the physical network device ok (boot with a linux runtime version)?

    Best regards,

    Bernd

The hardware is fine. There is something about the software
