no access after hardware exchange

After a hardware swap, I can't get into the firewall anymore.
I am using a test environment with the XG Home. I have plugged the hard disk from a working system into another computer. If I connect a monitor to the new computer, I see that the firewall starts normally. On the computer the LEDs on port 1 are off. When I log on to the console and go to the Network config menu a message appears Initializing Please wait. What can I do?

  • Here's what I did:
-old hard disk installed in another computer
    -System starts normally
-System update performed on 17.5.9 MR-9
after the reboot the system was no longer accessible via the LAN Port1. At LAN Port2 the LEDs are still blinking.

  • Looks like the hardware on LAN Port 1 is not supported by 17.5.9 MR-9.

What is the hardware of the two ports? Are thery different?

There is a bridge between LAN Port 1 and LAN Port 2 (should be)? Remove the bridge of  LAN Port 1 and LAN Port 2 and recreate it.

Maybe creating a backup and do a direct install of 17.5.9 MR-9 will help ...
