XG Azure PAYG deployment failing Australia East

I am able to deploy XG firewall with BYOD but not PAYG. Getting following error:

BadRequestOffer with PublisherId: sophos and OfferId: sophos-xg not found. If this offer has been created recently, please allow up to 30 minutes for this offer to be available for Purchase. If error persists, contact support.

Region: Australia East

Subscription: Pay-As-You-Go

Where I can get the list of Remittance Countries which supports PAYG deployment?
