No internet connection

Question

Hi, we just received our xg125 version 3 and we noticed that we are not getting internet, we do have DHCP selected we are using a cable ISP and I'm seeing the IP addresses populate on the interface however we cannot get any traffic to any of LAN, we are also unable to register the XG firewall any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi breda Please verify the firewall rule configuration for LAN to the WAN zone to allow the Internet to LAN users. Please make sure that the ISP connected to the XG firewall is active to complete the registration process. Please navigate to Diagnostics >> Tools and check the ping or traceroute or name lookup to public domain/IP to verify whether the Internet on XG is working or not.
