We have upgraded the SFOS form 17.5 mr8 to v17.5 mr9, but unfortunately we are below issue.

User is automatically logged out form captive portal

This bug existed in version 17.5 mr3

What is the frequency of log out event?

Could you please share more observations?

Please share the screenshot of "Web policy actions for unauthenticated users (captive portal)" configuration.

In Addition:

can you share what type of users are you using? LDAP, AD, Local user?
