I have a new 2016 RDS server which I am trying to get working on SATC but for whatever reason I cannot get traffic to be filtered. Basically the RDS server is at the end of a R.E.D with all traffic etc coming back to the XG.
I have loaded SATC 2.2.2.0 and configured it on the RDS Server, I have Exclusions set in STAS for the IP of the RDS server, I have added the IP of the RDS server via Console using: system auth thin-client add citrix-ip
I have a Firewall Rule in place from LAN with the RDS Server as Source Networks and Devices heading to the WAN Zone. In this FW rule I have defined Web Policies etc.
When a user logs onto the RDS I can see they authenticate in the XG as a Thin Client User, In the FW Reporting I can see they are hitting my RDS FW Rule, I can see their Username and IP in the FW Reporting.
My issue is the Web Filtering Policy is not being forced and they are free to surf the net.
I cannot find why they are skipping filtering when I can see them hitting the right policy with the correct filter in place.
Any ideas guys?
