I have tired a bunch of things to get to access my LAN when I am on VPN and I can't get to it. I used to have it all working fine but I lost my configuration when I tried version 18 and had to reinstall. When that happened I lost everything and I have had to rebuild. Because of that I can't remember what I did originally to get everything to work, its been years.
What I have is a NVR on LAN that I blocked from accessing the WAN interface with a firewall rule to keep it safe. When I am on the LAN I can access the NVR just fine.
What I want to do is to also be able to access from a VPN interface when I am off the LAN to check it. I have followed multiple instructions and set up a user and all that.
I can access the internet just from from the VPN and it shows my home WAN IP on the next so the tunnel is working.
I think the issues lies in hosts and services "local subnet". Any ideas would be helpful.
