Could you please share your network diagram?
Both the networks are connected to the same switch and switch is connected to a single Interface of the XG firewall or Both the networks connected on separate Interface of the XG firewall.
Could you please try to execute the below command and check?
Login to the command line interface (CLI) and choose option 4. Device Console to run the following command:
system dhcp static-entry-scope global
