Sophos Client Connect cannot connect IKE UDP port blocked

Hi,

I'm trying to get the SCC running. I have downloaded the application per this

I have created local and remote certs and installed local cert on my machine as per this:

community.sophos.com/.../123136

I have created a rule to allow UDP and IKE like this:

My VPn Log looks like this:

But when I try to connect I get a message that says "The IKE UDP prt seems to be blocked"

I have spoken to my ISP who says the upstream router is not blocking any traffic

This may be a separate questions, but when I try to connect I'm prompted for a username and password. This isn't anywhere is the config so where are the login credentials defined when setting this up?
