Unable to login through web interface

I Reset all settings  to Factory Defaults,

set new password to admin user,  reboot firewall,

than enter a new password for the admin and get an login failed.

What's wrong ?

    Te comento que tengo un problema similar.

    desde hace una semana aproximadamente podía ingresar a la interfaz web, pero en estos ultimos días que quería hacer un backup,

    cuando intente ingresar no me dejaba y me mandaba este error,

    intente ingresar por putty ssh y no me deja conectarme,

    hago ping a la direccion de mi sophos y me responde..
