Reply to Publish FTP on Sophos XG

Dear All, 

 

Heloo!

I am having issues on my Sophos XG. My FTP is in DMZ and I can see traffic coming inside my but when I tried my username password on FTP Client. In response it gives me a error. 

 

Response: 257 "/" is current directory.
Command: TYPE I
Response: 200 Type set to I.
Command: PASV
Error: Disconnected from server: ECONNABORTED - Connection aborted
Error: Failed to retrieve directory listing

 

can anyone help me in this regard.

    I have gone through the forums and found how to create rules. Now on same scenario I am not able to get FTP access on client (Filezillla)

     

    Below is the log from XG rule.
