Adobe Cloud Updates blocked

Hallo, neuerdings werden Updates der Adobe Cloud scheinbar blockiert.

Umgehe ich die Firewall, werden die Updates sofort gefunden.

Gibt es hierfür eine Lösung?

Hi Tim Peuster

Based on past cases, we observed that we are receiving 502 or 500 error for some of the URL of Adobe cloud connection

Mostly for below error:

url="http://ccmdl.adobe.com/AdobeProducts/KCCC/1/win32/packages/ACCC_4_8_1_Runtime_422/Runtime.zip

If it is possible to bypass the below URLs in web exception then you may create a customer category and allow the connection to fix the issue.

ccmdls.adobe.com

ccmdl.adobe.com

============OR=========
You may create a FQDN based rule for *.adobe.com
