Alcatel PABX over SSL site to Site VPN

Hi Guys...

I have a new XG firewall 106 at one of our branches and a Cyberoam running XG firewall on it at Head office(will be replaced in next 4-6 weeks). I have a SSL site to site VPN configured between the two. Head office has an alcatel pabx and the branch has an IP phone. the phone goes through the boot process and gets to step4 of 5 and reboots. When I spoke to the PABX support, they say its traffic being blocked. I have checked the firewall logs and all traffic between the PABX and IP Phone is allowed. My firewall rules are configured LAN to VPN all services allowed as well as VPN to LAN all services allowed on both firewalls. Ive tried unloading the SIP ALG module as seen on some other posts with no luck. Any suggestions??
