Not able to see AP on XG

Hello All, 

I am not able to see AP on pending or inactive AP list. My AP is getting IP address from DHCP set on XG but still not showing UP. I followed the KB article but didn't resolve the issue.

    Morris,

    in addition to what Luca suggested:

    • the AP was connected Sophos Central Wi-Fi or to Sophos UTM?
    • on the console, type: set wireless-controller global ap_autoaccept 1 so the AP is auto-accepted.
    • set wireless-controller globa ap_debuglevel(more than 1 here) to increase the debug level
