Problems with external mail configuration office notifications 365

Dear
We have problems to be able to configure the notifications through office365 as smtp, does not allow connection with the server, this to be able to register the notifications in the XG Shopos firewall.
Data referred to as smtp : smtp.office365.com port 587
With a valid exchange account.
Any information where to get that information ?
