delays browsing the web with "Performing a TLS handshake to ..."

Hi,

We have migrated from UTM to XG, and ever since the regular browsing experience has become *much* slower. Loading sites can take quite long, with the browser (firefox/chrome) waiting seconds while "Performing a TLS handshake".

Searching here indicated that perhaps turning off STAS could help, but we have it turned off already.

Anything else to look at?

For completeness: we have a web filtering rule:

Source: LAN, Dest: Any for http/https, with:

Web policy: Default Web policy, intrusion prevention: LAN to WAN, and default application block.

What could cause these TLS handshakes to take so long..?
