Hi,

there are always many apps listed as blocked, we aren't using at all.

Not one of the apps listed in the screenshot below is installed on any Computer in our network, nor used by anybody.

How do I get rid of those false Positives?

Hi Dwayne,

I could see the Salesforce, Gmail, and Yahoo are Web Apps opened in the browser. I would suggest checking details for each App and see the source IP of the machines.

Hi Dwayne,

I share your frustration, I am finding more and more applications hidden inside webpages and am debating whether to spend the time blocking them to reduce the hit count.
