Firewall Policies for Internal Mail Server

Hello All, i am having issue with firewall rules on my new sophos xg firewall 210. my mail server is on-premise. i followed MTA article sophos support gave me for setting up. https://community.sophos.com/kb/en-us/125596. after the configuration i still can not send mail through the firewall. mails to same domain isnt working. 

i think i am not getting my port forwarding  and IP address mapping correct.

1. i have a public mail IP address i will like to map to a private IP address on my LAN

2. i want to be able to access the internal mail server from LAN. (users  on LAN  POP mail through outlook and webmail)

i will be glad if some one can help me with a step by step procedure in getting this configuration correct.
