sophos XG update problem

hi,

i'm using Sophos XG home edition and i have problem with my ISP, it seems that they blocked synchronization and update of my Sophos , so i need to sync and update my Sophos through proxy or VPN without send all of my network traffic through proxy or VPN.

is there any way to do that or is there another solution to my problem?
