i lose the adress ip of my interface. so i don't acess to the interface of my xg firewall. please help me.

If the user system's gateway IP is the LAN interface IP of the Firewall, you can get the IP from the user system network configuration or you have to perform the below steps.

You required to connect the device over the serial console access- https://community.sophos.com/kb/en-us/130693

Once you have the console access. Log in to the console and Select Option 1. Network Configuration and check the Interface IP address.
