today I replace the barracuda email protection by the Sophos XG as anti-spam proxy in network, I follow the configuration by this link https://community.sophos.com/kb/en-us/123522, unfortunately the migration is failed, the user cannot send out or receive the email, I saw all email in the mail pool of Sophos, but all the status is fail in both direction (in and out), the failed error code is defer 110 , I am confused about this error, because I can reach internal exchange server from sophos, and I can also reach port 25 from internet to public IP (which is statice NAT to Sophos private IP). who can help me analysis this problem, it is critical problem .
