XG650 doesn't starting.

We are having some troubles with our XG650. Until the last thursday it was working very well. We suffered a blackout on friday and all the equipments turned off. Since then the XG650 turns on but the screen shows nothing. I have rebooted it many times manually, and nothing. I pushed the reset's button, and nothing... CAN YOU HELP ME?!?

    Uhm..I Guess that connecting a vga monitor, nothing appears on the screen.

    IF this is the case, I guess the motherboard is broken so you need to request an RMA or buy a new appliance. First contact Sophos support.

    First, do you have access to your XG650's WEB interface ?  If yes, this would mean your graphic interface is dead.

    When you say plugged the screen, do you mean a terminal on the console port (RJ45/RS232) or a monitor on the VGA port (DB15)?

    Is this XG650 a recent revision with a USB console port (i.e. requires NO converter) or it is an RJ45 console port (i.e. requires an RS232 converter + a laptop with an DB9/RS232 port)?

    IT is like Playboy, without pictures, we can only guess ...  Some pictures showing what is going on maybe ?

    Hello RROBS, XG 650 has a power switch on the rear panel that you must first switch off and then switch on again to restore power to the switched power supplies. Did you it?

    I know it because when I "played" with it and I found the function of this switch for such cases of power failure completely inappropriate.
