XG115 Failover and Load Balancing

This is not a problem but a question.  We have an XG115 which is currently using a Comcast static IP as our single WAN.  Because Comcast sometimes has a tendency to not work, and we are moving to more Cloud based applications, we are looking for an additional ISP to use as a failover.   I know we can do this with the XG, but my question is, since the Comcast WAN static, does the new ISP also have to be a static IP as well.  In other words can we have a static IP and a dynamic IP somehow work together?

I would like to have the answer to this so when I'm talked to providers I will know what to ask for.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
