Since update to SFOS 17.5.7 MR-7 port forwarding not working

Hello community,

For over two years now I have a port forwardng on my XG for remote desktop.

Since the update to SFOS 17.5.7 MR-7 it isn't working anymore. I have recreated the rule but still no luck.

Any idea what I can check ?

  • Not a good idea to allow direct RDP in from outside... but...

     

    Try updating to the latest firmware (MR8).

     

    Barring that check the IPS logs, could be a rule triggering on that traffic (hopefully you do have IPS enabled).

     

    If all that fails, and you have a commercial license, I'd start a support case.
