Emails not show in SMTP Quarantine in Sophos XG210 firewall

Question

Sir, 
 i am facing a problem that no SMTP Quarantine area show any quarantine mail. i think database is full of quarantine emails because a message shows "Total utilization (malware + spam): Used". please any one help me in this regard.

Hi Tahir Rafiq You need to manually delete the Emails from the Quarantine Area. For bulk delete, I would request you to contact technical support and open a support case and they will help you out with this scenario. Hello Tahir Rafiq, 
 
 I also had this problem in SFOS 17.5.8, the solution was to run a flush report, because according to SOPHOS support the database was corrupted. 
 Try the following:

Access the firewall's console via SSH. 
 Select option 5 for Device Management. 
 Select option 4 to Flush Device Reports . 
 Type in y to continue flushing the device reports.
