Allowing remote LAN users to access devices between their RED and their internet

Hey everyone! I have a client with a primary office (with an XG) and 2 remote offices. I'm trying to wrap my head around how the RED operates in regards to firewall rules.

One of those offices is in a WeWork space, where they have a dedicated space. We've shipped them a RED device and it works great. They can access the local LAN at the primary office without issues. However, they want to print on the WeWork printers, which are obviously on the other side of the WAN interface. Unfortunately, WeWork doesn't give me an IP address of the printer, just software that configures it so I need to open up the Remote network to talk to the WAN I guess?

    RED is basically a Layer 2 Cable across the internet. 

    So the Interface on LAN site on RED is the interface of the XG. 

    Printer software without any "unicast" IP most likely uses Broadcast to look up the Printer.

    And as you maybe know, Broadcast is not forwarded across a subnet domain.

    The only workaround would be to actually bridge the RED into the LAN. That would be a huge change in the network and i would not suggesting to do that.
