Reporting / Logging: Is there a "connection overview" view availble/builtable?

Hi there,

 

I want to generate connection overview reports from out of an XG. Is it possible? I cannot find such reports. I want to get something with these tables:

 

Source-IP, Source-Port, Destination-IP, Destination-Port

 

Optional Fields:

Time, Application, Packet-Count, Byte-Count

 

Any ideas if it is possible with the XG?

    Please navigate to Current Activities >> Live connection, you can sort them by Application, User name, and Source IP address.

    You can configure a custom view report with report notification with predefined fields- https://community.sophos.com/kb/en-us/123201

    There is no specific report available to fulfill your requirement but you can submit your idea- https://ideas.sophos.com/

    Hi,

     

    as you basically say, the report I need is not available. But I really ask myself, why this simple and probably most needed report isn´t available? One of the most interesting reports is to know all your unique connections based on the fields I pointed out.

     

    Anyways, I will post an idea. Basically it is the same for UTM, such report is simply not available, though queries for this in the UTM were already posted.....

    There are various reports available in the Sophos XG available with the provided data fields but it might not be in the same categorization.

    Reporting on the XG works with different categorization such as Web usage, Internet usage, Application details, IP addresses, Bytes.

    Please navigate to Sophos GUI dashboard >> Reports >> Dashboards and you will get more information on reporting.
