we have an issue using an Sophos XG Firewall between Lancom Router and Swyx PBX.
Without the Sophos XG it works with no problems, after installing the Sophos Firewall the Swyx PBX Server gets an 30 minute timeout every 30 minutes where it can't be called.
I though first there would be some Ports missing, i D-NATTED every Port for testing purposes to the PBX. IPS etc is disabled too.
(Before unloading the SIP Modul the calls get canceled instantly)
We changed the UDP Timeout from 60 to 150 but still timeouts
There is an DeutschlandLAN SIP Trunk from Telekom registered in the PBX, the special about the DeutschlandLAN SIP is that is using TCP instead of UDP connections for communication
