Android apps unable to Install and Updates

In the last month all applications are not able to update or even download a new application from Google Play,
Knowing that I'm using an empty rule,

 

 

I'm using Web Exception to Google store but not working
 

and I'm using Web Category to Google Store and also not working
 

and also I applied a rule with web filter "allow google store" and application filter "allow google store", 
and also not working

All the solutions I've tried don't work

Please help to solve this problem

    Hi,

    when running an update open log viewer and see what firewall rule is blocking get update. You can use web or application filtering to assist.
