XG Firewall Remote Access VPN ping from server to client and vice versa.

Hello a newbee here. We're using SOPHOS XG version 17.5 on windows 10. I'm configuring Remote Access VPN and carefully followed the steps I've seen online and to some discussion thread on the Sophos Community. On the Control Center, I can see that I'm already connected as a Remote User.  However, I cannot PING/TRACERT from the server to the client (from source IP to destination IP). Can you help me guys? This is my first time so please bear with me. I will attach some .png files so you can see my configurations.

  • Is your device answering to local pings? Newer windows client and server versions usually block this. This can also be blocked by some virus scanners and local firewalls. What ist the output of the tracert?

I also think that the rule goes from VPN to LAN. You might need a second rule from LAN to VPN in order to be able to ping from the server (in the LAN?) to the client (on the VPN?).

I tried to make an another rule but it doesn't work either.
