Website giving random error "ERR CONNECTION TIMEOUT"

Hi

I am facing an issue with my website that starts to give  error "ERR CONNECTION TIMEOUT" very randomly . There is no particular time or particular condition when it happens.

Another interesting point is I have some Linux users and they do not face any issue at any time. There is no loss of ping (1024 Bytes)even with load to the server at any time.

I am using XG-330 firewall.

Following configuration is done for that particular website

1. created a separate firewall rule with log only attributes for that particular website.(No policy applied)

2. Rule sits on top. Only DNS rule is above this rule.

3. Domain is in exception.

4. Gateway specific NAT is being used.

5.Also tried with load-balancing settings with default NAT policy(Masquerade).

Following troubleshooting is done.

1.Checked local connectivity to Firewall.

2. Cleared all browsing history with browser.

3.Proxy settings on browser -  tried with Automatic and None both. (No proxy configured on firewall)

4. Working fine when directly connected to ISP network.

5. DNS flushed.

6. Host file on windows machine checked for any mis-configuration.

7.No packet fragmentation occurs.
