Hi Guys,
I need your help, because dead/old users entries(July) reflect in STAS Collector Live logs. As well I am unable to disconnect those session in STAS.
As i read different questions, my settings at both ends STAS and XG Firewall are perfect.
"Ensure Logoff Detection and Dead Entry Timeout are not simultaneously disabled because users will remain live in the STAS DB." - 100% exactly configure as suggested.
Now suggest what should i do to disconnect those session, i have one collector and multiple agents of STAS.
