Reporting Scammer URLS and Time Taken to Block

Is there any particular length of time that from reporting a scammer URL (usual tech support scams/credit card scams), that it would take to be added to the URL category list?

I submitted several over 5 days ago, and not a single one has been added, although the scammer sites are still live, and I called one of them today for a bit of fun...

I would rather have hoped that these would have been blocked quite quickly to protect users, rather than still be live some 5 days later.

Google has blocked the majority - so I suppose that is some level of protection that can be offered.

Can you please share us the details where you have reported this URL?

You can add those URLs as domain name or keywords to create a customer web filter category and apply on firewall rule or user profile to block them.

Submitted categorization requests will be reviewed and re-classified as quickly as possible, though it may take up to five business days once a site has been re-classified, for it to be available on your Sophos product.

All I can therefore say is thank goodness for Google safe sites, as this one that was reported 4 hours ago is blocked..

It's a tech support scam site - not the real Netflix, so don't click on it - and if and Administrators notice this - please remote the post.
