Issues with GoDaddy SSL

I just purchased an SSL cert from GoDaddy to use with our XG firewall following the instructions found here

https://community.sophos.com/kb/en-us/132678#Use%20a%20signed%20certificate%20by%20a%20trusted%20CA

The cert came back and everything looked good, but no matter how I upload it I get a red X on authority because the expected issuer is supposed to be

/C=US/ST=Arizona/L=Scottsdale/O=GoDaddy.com/ Inc./OU=certs.godaddy.com/.../CN=Go Daddy Secure Certificate Authority - G2

However, when I hover over the certificate itself in the left hand column, that's exactly the issuer that is listed.

Any ideas on how to get the cert verified so I can use it properly?
