inter vlan communication

Hello Community,

 

i m using a xg firewall and i have created a 2 vlan by creating the sub interface

from the n/w 192.168.10.2 we can ping the gateway of vlan 20 but not able to ping the othere ip  and vice versa.

    Please make sure that you have created LAN to LAN zone firewall rule for InterVLAN communication.

    Please also provide tracert output from the machine you are trying to ping.

    i have made a customize zone.

     

    Pinging 192.168.95.1 with 32 bytes of data:
    Reply from 192.168.95.1: bytes=32 time=2ms TTL=64
    Reply from 192.168.95.1: bytes=32 time<1ms TTL=64
    Reply from 192.168.95.1: bytes=32 time<1ms TTL=64
    Reply from 192.168.95.1: bytes=32 time=1ms TTL=64

     

    as i m in vlan 20 and my ip address is 192.168.20.3 . and another user ip is 192.168.95.2 which is not pinging,but however gateway is pinging.

    Pinging 192.168.95.2 with 32 bytes of data:
    Request timed out.
    Request timed out.
    Request timed out.
    Request timed out.

    Ping statistics for 192.168.95.2:
        Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 0, Lost = 4 (100% loss)

    Please make sure that HRD to Support and Support to HRD VLAN firewall rules are configured.

    You can add a static route as well.

    Please try tracert 192.168.95.2 from the command prompt of 192.168.20.3 and share the output
