EFI bootable ISO?

Has there been any update on providing an ISO that supports booting on hardware that only support EFI?

I also have hardware that only supports UEFI booting and would love to run Sophos.  I am running running opnsense in the meantime.

 

This post asked the same with no resolution or response from support that I could tell.
