Sophos xg home Web interface

After replacing my hard drive with a sd drive & restored my backup. Things seemed to work ok until a couple hours later I can't access the web portal (service unavailable) or console via putty, If i reboot I will be able to gain access again. am i Missing some thing. I should also note that the rules and configuration are still being enforced.

    Can you please share details for the below-given question?

    1) What is Size of Hard disk, processor and RAM?
    2) Is there any user in-network or device is acting as standalone at the time of issue
    3) service -S output from Shell 
    4) TCPDUMP at the time of accessing on HTTPS Port or IP
    5) The output of ls -lah /var/cores from the shell
